If any issue is reported within a week via WhatsApp or calling at 03-111-397-862 then your product shall be replaced right away.
All Physical faults are to be inspected at the time of purchase and they are the ones which can be visible but claims for scratches, dents shall not be entertained in our 3 Days replacement policy and only the issues that cannot be spotted are to be covered. You are requested to check your product before you use it and return your item in proper packaging material as we sold you. If it is a watch so it should have warping material on its chain otherwise no exchange will be acceptable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Replacement products will be furnished only on an exchange basis.
